Weekly Timesheets

If you have the role of Project User or External Project User, you can view your weekly timesheets. The Project Lead or Resource Manager can take action by approving or rejecting timesheets.

To access this page:

From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps and select Project Management. Click Program > Weekly Timesheet > My Timesheets tab.

Field Name Description
Timesheet

The name of the timesheet.

Week # The week number in the year.
<Status>

Blank for Create

for Submit

for Rejected

for Approved

State

The current lifecycle state of the timesheet.

Total Hrs

The total hours entered for the timesheet.

CommentsAny comments about the timesheet.

Views

In Process

(default filter) Lists only timesheets that are in the Create or Rejected state.

Submitted

 Lists only timesheets in the Submit state.
ApprovedLists only timesheets in the Approved state.
RejectedLists only timesheets in the Rejected state.

All

Lists all timesheets.

Create

Creates a new timesheet.Creating a Timesheet
Copy PreviousCopies the previous timesheet and creates a timesheet for this week. See Creating a Timesheet. If a timesheet for the current week already exists, a new timesheet is not created and a warning message displays.--
Copy SelectedAllows you to create a timesheet by copying an already selected timesheet. You must first select the timesheet you want to copy. This command displays only if single timesheet selection is enabled.Creating a Timesheet By Copying.

Delete

Deletes the selected timesheet. Only timesheets in a Create or Rejected state can be deleted; click OK to confirm.--

Enable Edit

Allows you to edit the comments of the selected timesheet.--
