Images Page

The Images page shows all images for content such as a feature, product line, model, or model version.

  1. Open the object.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Images.

To access this page for a model version:

  1. Open the model version. See Opening a Model Version.
  2. Click the Images page tab.

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the image. Click on any name in this column to view the Properties page for that object.
(Image) The thumbnail of the image.
Seq. NoThe sequence number order of the image. The slide show uses this sequence to display the images.
DescriptionThe details about the image.
Image SizeThe horizontal and vertical size of the image in pixels.
Marketing NameThe marketing name associated with the image.
Marketing TextThe marketing text associated with the image.
(Primary Image) The icon means that the image is defined as the primary image.
OwnerThe current owner of the image.
(Open in New Window) Click to open the image in a new window.

Actions > Slide Show

If no images have been added, this action is not available.

Shows the images in sequence. Viewing a Slide Show
Actions > Move UpChanges the sequence of the image to be shown in the slide show by moving the selected image up in the list.

Images are added to the end of the sequence when created or added. These commands let you arrange the list in the order needed.

Actions > Move DownChanges the sequence of the image to be shown in the slide show by moving the selected image down in the list.

Actions > Make Selected PrimaryDefines the selected image as the primary image for the context item. Click OK to confirm.-
Actions > Remove Removes the selected images from the list. Click OK to confirm. It does not delete the images from the database.-
Actions > Delete Removes all selected images from the list and deletes them. Click OK to confirm.
Note: If you delete or remove the primary image, then the image with the lowest sequence number will be made primary.
