Projects Page

The Projects page for a model version lists the governing project and any other related projects.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required model version. See Opening a Model Version.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Planning.
  3. Select Projects.

This page discusses:

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the project. Click to open the project.
The current status of the project:

IconDescription
The current date is 1 or more days after the estimated end date.
The current date is equal to the estimated end date.
<blank>The current date is before the estimated end date.

The icon indicates that the project is the governing project for the model version. A model version can have any number of related projects, but only one governing project.
TypeThe type of project.
Description The detailed description of the project.
Est. Finish DateThe date on which the project is estimated to be completed.
Act. Finish DateThe date on which the project was actually completed.
ProgramThe program associated with the project.
StateThe current state of the project in its lifecycle.
OwnerThe person responsible for the project.
Opens the project in a new window.

Associate ProjectsAdds existing projects to the list. Associating a Roadmap Project with a Model Version
Make Governing Project Makes the selected project the governing project for the model version. Only project spaces can be made governing projects of a model version. If another project defined as the governing project, that project remains in the list, but is no longer the governing project.-
Remove Removes the project from the list. Click OK to confirm.-
