From the Authoring section of the action bar, click Browse Requirement
.
The Requirement Browser panel appears.

Click Requirement Chooser
in the browser.

Search or select a requirement and click OK.
The requirement is added to the Requirement
Browser as a root requirement.

Right-click the root requirement, select Create Global
Specification Link
, then
select the root item.
Note:
The Owner column helps you identify the
linked PPR object.

Expand the chapters of the root requirement to show all requirements
and comments.

Right-click a requirement and select Attach
Requirement, then select the usage type from the
submenu: Control, Realize,
Control and Realize, or
Ignore.

Select the item to which the requirement is to be attached.
Note:
Right-click a requirement specification and from the context menu, click Create Consumption Link to consume
directly the requirement specification on an item. All requirements
under this requirement specification are seen as assigned to the
item. Similarly, the operations in the same scope see all these
requirements as assignable.
The usage type is added after the name of the requirement in the
browser.

Attach requirements to other items in the same way.

Optional: Use a filter command to display unassigned or
assigned requirements.
