Requirements associated with Item-Operation structures are managed using the Requirement Browser and the Assignment Manager panels.

Requirements are created and structured in ENOVIA Traceable Requirements Management.

The following tools are provided to manage requirements:

  • The Browse Requirements command enables you to search and open requirement structures, create Global Specification links with requirement specifications, and assign requirements to items, operations, and work instructions. It also enables you to verify the requirement attributes and assignment status of requirements to these planning objects.

    The Global Specification link is a relation between a manufactured object (item, system, operation, and work instructions) and a requirement specification.

  • The Assignment Manager command enables you to manage requirement assignments on a specific PPR object.
