Checked: Profile drawing is generated with
maximum scale. A Maximum scale, as calculated in Front view (Near
side view), is applied across all other views. The View geometry
may or may not touch the view bounding window. It depends on to
what extend the double value is rounding off as per the
computations done.
The definition of maximum scale is as
follows:
The bounding window dimension of the Front View
(Near Side View) as defined in the Profile template is
retrieved. These are termed as Sheet
Dimensions.
Ratio #1= Maximum
length of Sheet Dimension along width / Maximum length of
original View Dimension along width
Ratio
#2 = Maximum length of Sheet Dimension along
height / Maximum length of original View Dimension along
height.
Maximum Scale = Minimum
value between Ratio #1 and Ratio #2.
This computed
maximum scale is used to generate
other views.
Note:
Since one scale is applied across all views,
you may have to adjust the View Reference points of other
views (Top and side views) for the view drawing to fit into
the View Reference dimensions.
