Lets you adapt the user interface when using devices allowing multi-touch interactions. This
option also activates the display of the Touch
section in the action bar.A touch is an atomic structure,
generally consisting of an identifier, a 2D position and time
information that can be retrieved from the operating system or from the
device driver as soon as a finger or a stylus is in physical contact
with the sensitive device, or in its vicinity, depending on the device
physical capabilities.
The user interface is adapted for
multi-touch devices which let you naturally interact with applications
using your fingers or a stylus, instead of a 2D mouse. For instance, the
default size and appearance of interface elements is modified to make
interactions as comfortable as possible.
