Approach Point Settings

Approach Point Offset
This offset is the distance between the approach point and the first weld in the spot weld trajectory. Once the system recognizes the offset, all the new approach points created honor the new value.

By default, the value is 10mm.

Approach Point Color
The color in which the approach point appears. Once you select this option, all the new approach points created honor the new color.

By default, the value is white.

Display Name for Approach Point
Selecting the check box displays the name in the 3D Viewer for the approach point.

By default, the check box is clear.

Departure Point Settings

Departure Point Offset
This offset is the distance between the last weld in the spot weld trajectory and the departure point. Once the system recognizes the offset, all the new approach points created honor the new value.

By default, the value is 10mm.

Departure Point Color
The color in which the departure point appears. Once the system recognizes the color, all the new departure points created honor the new color.

By default, the value is white.

Display Name for Departure Point
Selecting the check box displays the name in the 3D Viewer for the departure point.

By default, the check box is clear.
