Levels to Manage

Current System / Operation with first-level children
When you select This option, you publish only the system or operation you are working in, plus that system or operation's children.

By default, this check box is selected.

Current System / Operation with all children in the levels below
If you select this option, you simultaneously publish all the systems that are children of the system on which you are working.

Custom Background Color

Apply Custom Background Color
In some cases, you may want to use a different background color for a view when you are generating it. For example, if you work with a dark background, you may want to create a printed version of the view in which a dark background color would be undesirable.
Background Color
Determines the color. Click the check box, and select a color on the color wheel. You can also select Custom colors using: hexadecimal, RGB (red, green, and blue options), HSV (hue, saturation, and value options), or HSL (hue, saturation, and light options). You can specify the transparency of the text, also.

Personal Data Processing

Do not store username in output of Generate Documentation
You can opt out of your username being associated with the publication of the document.

Publication for Review

Workplan / System Maturity
You can enter in the maturity level, IN_WORK.
Publish Content
Select:
  • 2D Views - creates 2D views.
  • 3D Views - default view that creates 3D views.
  • 3D Buildup - this is automatically selected when the 3D Views option is selected.

The above options are independent of the (similar) options available in the preferences of the Work Plan Publication app. Example, changes done in the preferences of one app do not impact the preferences of the otherapp.

Auto Save after Publish - Selecting this option, when the Publish for Review executes, all the changes done by you (irrespective of whether they Publish related or not) saves to the database. The text in the publish confirmation dialog updates in this case. The note asking you to save the changes do not display.

By default, this check box is not selected.
