Robot Task Display

This document describes how to customize Robot Task Display settings.

This page discusses:

Cartesian Target

Color and Symbol
The color and symbol options control the appearance of tag, weld, and Cartesian targets.
Show X, Y, Z/Y, P, R Values
Selecting either check box enables you to see the values for these coordinates when you move a mouse over the target. (Y, P, R stands for Yaw, Pitch, Roll.)

By default, coordinates do not appear on mouseover.

Joint Target

Color and Symbol
The color and symbol options control the appearance of joint and home targets.
Show Joint/Auxillary Axes Joint Values
Selecting either check box enables you to see the values for these coordinates when you move a mouse over the target.

By default, coordinates are not shown on mouseover.

Line

Show Line
By selecting the check box, you can choose to show the line.

By default, the line is not shown.

Color, Line Weight, and Line Appearance
The color, line weight, and line appearance determine how the lines that connect the operations appear on the geometry.

Other Options

Show Target Name
Selecting the Show Target Name check box makes the target name appear when you move the mouse over the target.

By default, the check box is not selected.

Disable Deletion of Used Tags
Selecting Disable Deletion of Used Tags disables the deletion of tags that are used in robot motions. If you attempt to delete tags used by a robot motion, the system displays a warning and lists the robot motions that reference the tags.

By default, the check box is not selected.

Delete Target Tag with Motion Deletion
Selecting Delete Target Tag with Motion Deletion deletes the associated tag when a robot motion is deleted.

By default, the check box is not selected.

You can activate the task display using the context menu on the task.
