Geometric Formats

XML Tessellation

Select XML Tesselation for the representation of a part to be provided by a list of organized triangles (mesh) in XML format. This setting can be used for easy geometry sharing.

With this format, Lineic elements (wires, axis systems, points) and 3D annotations (FT&A) are not available in the 3D XML. For performance purposes, the simplification can be done on the geometry (grouping of faces).

Static Tessellation

Select Static Tessellation for the representation of a part to be provided by a compressed triangular mesh with static accuracy.

With this format, Lineic elements (wires, axis systems, points) and 3D annotations (FT&A) are available in the 3DXML.
