You can view the resource loading details for a person.

On the Resource Loading Report, click the person's name. See Resource Loading Report.

Fields

NameDescription
Person

The person's name.

Project

 The name of the project.

Task

The name of the task.

<Date Range>

The hours used by the person within the date range selected.

Filters

NameDescription
Weekly / Monthly / QuarterlyChanges the frequency of the report.

If you generated the report for Weekly, you cannot change the frequency. If you generated the report for Monthly, you can change to Weekly. If you generated the report for Quarterly, you can change to any frequency.
