How many days the resource is required. Depending on the values in the Properties file, columns appear in Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly format. This is a one-time activity.

Color-coding shows the state of the resource request in the given time period:

indicates that the resource request has been satisfied but not yet completed. The number of resources requested is connected to the request but the request is still in a "In Work" or "In Approval" state.

indicates that the resource request has been satisfied and is in the "Completed" state.

indicates that the resource request is not fully satisfied and it may be in a "In Work," "In Approval," or "Completed" state.
