Revisions for a Controlled Bookmark

You can view the revisions of a controlled bookmark.

Note: A controlled bookmark must be in the release state if you want to revise it.

To access this page:

In the navigation pane on the Properties page for a controlled bookmark, click Revisions.

Name Description

Name

The name of the controlled bookmark.

Revision

The revision number of the controlled bookmark.

Policy

The policy for controlled bookmarks is "Controlled Bookmark."

State

The lifecycle state of the controlled bookmark. States are "In Work," "Completed," and "Archived."

Description

The description of the controlled bookmark.
