Timesheets for Project Members

If you have the role of Project Lead you can view all timesheets created by project members. You can also notify members who have not created timesheets.

To access this page:

In the navigation pane for a project, click People > Member Timesheet tab.

Columns

Field Name Description

Name

The name of the project member.

The icon displays in front of the member who is a task assignee. The assigned task must be in the In Work state and no timesheet for that week is in the Rejected or Create state. In these cases, you can click to notify the member about the pending timesheet.

An empty weekly cell indicates that the timesheet is either Submitted or Approved and no action needs to be taken.

Organization

The organization the member belongs to.
[Weeks] Each week number is based upon the project's actual start date and system date. For example, if a project’s actual start date is July 1st 2014 and the system date is July 31st 2014, the grid will have five week-columns labeled as 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31.
