Creating a Timesheet By Copying

You can create a timesheet by copying it from a previous timesheet and making changes.


Before you begin: The timesheet you are copying from must exist. See Weekly Timesheets.
  1. Select a timesheet as the basis for a new timesheet and then click Copy Selected.
  2. Enter the following fields:

    Copy Selected. This field is only available when the user clicks the Copy Selected command. This field shows the week period of the timesheet selected to copy from. You can click to open the timesheet effort entry view.

    Select Week. Click the date chooser to select the date to designate which week's timesheet you want to create.

    The other fields are displayed based on the chosen Select Week.

  3. Click Done.
