Working with Checklists

A checklist identifies items of critical importance for making gate decisions. A checklist assists the project manager when planning the project and preparing for the gate. You can evaluate checklist items to decide whether to continue, hold, or cancel the project. A checklist is a collection of checklist items that are evaluated for making gate decisions.
