Reconstructing Surfaces using Points on Curve

After placing points on curve on reconsctructed curves, you can create floating curves that will allows you to refine surfaces.

Before you begin: The curves on which the points on curve are placed must be already reconstructed in the 3D model.
  1. From the Reconstruction section of the action bar, click Create Point on Image .
  2. Click a curve to place the first point.
  3. Repeat Step 2 to place a point on curve on a second curve.
Now that the two points on curve are placed, you can create the floating curve.
  4. From the From the Reconstruction section of the action bar, click one of the following commands:
    • Edge Snapping
    • Manual Control Points
    • Polylines
  5. Draw a curve joining the two points on curves.
The floating curve is created. It will be taken into account in order to reconstruct the surface it relies on.
