Overview Page

The Overview page is composed of a table that shows high-level KPIs for each Project Management and Project Planning project, grouped by the selected property.

KPI Table

This table provides information on the main table of the Overview page.

Business Objects From Project Management and Project Planning: Program, Project, Task, Deliverable, Risk.
Values (or x-axis and y-axis)
  • Rows: Projects
  • Columns:
    • Project Name
    • Maturity State: Shows the project's maturity state with its associated ENOVIA color.
    • Progress: The filled bar shows the actual progress and the bar with the dashed border shows the estimated progress. The estimated progress is the progress computed with the estimated start and end dates of the last Project Baseline related to the Project Space.
    • Late tasks: Shows the number of late tasks.
    • In Work Deliverables: Shows the number of deliverables in the In Work maturity.
    • Risks: Shows the number of risks broken down by their Risk Priority Number (RPN).
    • Assessment: Shows the number of assessments broken down by their assessment status.
    • Number of Overloaded Resources. The color tag is red when the number is above 5; yellow when it is between 1 and 4; and green when it is 0.
    • Planning: Shows the next milestone and gate on a timeline.
Sorting By project name.
Limits No limits.
Available Views Table view.
Interactions You can:
  • Apply filters to the page to refine the table content.
  • Select the property that projects are grouped by.
  • Click Configure columns to hide columns. For more information, see Project Intelligence: User's Guide: Using Charts and Tables: Using Tables.
  • Move any column by dragging its header and dropping it where you want it to be.
  • Sort a column content by clicking or on a column header.
  • Expand/collapse sections clicking or respectively.
  • Drag a project's Drag this item to another widget... command from the Project name column to another compatible widget of your dashboard.
    Note: Compatible widgets depend on your 3DEXPERIENCE configuration and roles.
  • Click any row to open the details of the corresponding project. On the details pane, you can:
    • Click Go to Risk Analysis Page to open the Risk Analysis page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click Go to the Master Schedule Page to open the Master Schedule page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click Go to Project Deliverables Page to open the Project Deliverables Page page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click Go to Resource Workload Page to open the Resource Workload page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click Go to Project Assessment Page to open the Project Assessment page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click Go to Task Allocation Page to open the Task Allocation Assessment page with a filter corresponding to this project.
    • Click to close the details pane.
    • Maximize any table by clicking Actions... > Maximize.
    • Hide the columns of any table by clicking Actions... > Configure columns. For more information, see Project Intelligence: User's Guide: Using Charts and Tables: Using Tables.
Technical Details

Project Chart

The table below provides information about the chart that appears on the details pane that opens when you click any project on the KPI table.

Values (or x-axis and y-axis)
  • X-axis: Weeks.
  • Y-axis:
    • Stacked bars: Number of tasks by actual dates and broken down by state for this project.
    • Solid line: Number of tasks the baseline project of the project space.
    • Dashed line: Number of scheduled tasks for this project; that is the tasks by their estimated dates.
Sorting Chronologically, oldest to newest from left to right.
Limits No limits.
Colors One color per task state.
Available Views Combo chart: Stacked bar chart and line charts usually forming an S-curve (including variance calculation).
Interactions You can increase the chart size by clicking > Maximize.
