Number of Overloaded Resources

This KPI shows the number of task assignees whose total planned efforts exceed 8 hours a day at least once in the future.

Values (or x-axis and y-axis) Count of task assignees whose total planned efforts exceed 8 hours a day at least once in the future.

Each assignee counts only once, regardless of their number of tasks for which their planned effort exceeds 8 hours a day. For example, an assignee with 2 tasks and a planned effort that exceeds 8 hours a day for each of these 2 tasks counts as 1.

Interactions On this KPI, you can:
  • Increase the KPI by selecting > Maximize.
  • Display an analysis by selecting > See Analysis. The number on this menu shows the total number of overloaded tasks across all overloaded assignees. For example, an assignee with 2 tasks and a planned effort that exceeds 8 hours a day for each of these 2 tasks counts as 2.

Estimated Effort to Complete Projects

This KPI shows the total estimated number of hours that are necessary to complete all projects according to the time spent on each project to reach its current percentage of completion. For example, if 20 hours were spent on a project to be at 50% completion, Project Intelligence estimates that 20 hours are necessary to reach 100% completion.
