Managing Severities

You can define severities. These severities are used to compute the assessment quality. For a given check, a pre-defined is attributed to the error.

Add Severities

You can add severities to your profile.

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps and then Quality Rules Configuration.
  2. Select a profile.
  3. Click Edit .
    The profile can be edited.
  4. In the Quality Configuration field, set the Use default values to No.
  5. In the Error Severities field, enter the weight in the Weight box, and enter a label in the Label box, then click .
  6. Click Done.

Edit Severities

You can edit existing severities.

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps and then Quality Rules Configuration.
  2. Select a profile.
  3. Click Edit .
    The profile can be edited.
  4. In the Quality Configuration field, set the Use default values to No.
  5. Edit a weight or a label.
  6. Click Done.

Delete Severities

You can delete severities.

Notes:
  • The first and the last severity cannot be deleted.
  • If you delete a severity already used by a check, the check is attributed the highest severity, i.e. the first of the list.

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps and then Quality Rules Configuration.
  2. Select a profile.
  3. Click Edit .
    The profile can be edited.
  4. In the Quality Configuration field, set the Use default values to No.
  5. In the Error Severities field, click next to the weight you want to delete.
  6. Click Done.
