Tasks

The Tasks page for an item lists the to-do list for that item. The parent item could be a change action, complaint, regulatory request, or other item.

For a change action, these tasks are in addition to any change actions. Anyone who has access to the parent item can view the task list, but only the owner of that item can edit the tasks.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required parent item, such as a change action.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Tasks.
