CAPA Templates
Project Administrators can create and manage CAPA templates for corrective action and preventive action CAPAs. A Project Administrator can create a CAPA template and add the necessary objects to it based on the requirements of the company.
After creating a CAPA template, the Project Administrator can add WBS tasks to it. The WBS tasks in the template contain estimated duration to complete the task, but do not contain estimated start or end dates, metrics, status indicators, or assignees. The Project Administrator can also create questions and associate them with the tasks.
A Project Lead can create a CAPA using the required CAPA template. When the CAPA is created, the bookmarks, folders, and WBS tasks in the template are copied to the CAPA. The Project lead can then assign the WBS tasks to the required assignees.
Any changes made to the CAPA template later are not incorporated to the CAPA. For example, if the Project Administrator adds new bookmarks or WBS tasks to a CAPA template, they are not copied to the CAPAs created earlier using the same CAPA template.
