CAPA and Audit Widgets

If you set your home page to the channel UI home page, that page displays the CAPAs, CAPA requests, and the CAPA templates widgets.

To view the channel UI home page, you need to define it as your default home page. Then, whenever you login or click Home on the top bar, the widgets appear. See Channel UI Home Page in the 3DEXPERIENCE Basics | Web Apps Common Services for more details.

My CAPAs

Each thumbnail in the My CAPAs widget represents an active CAPA that is in the Create, Assign, Active, or the Review state, in which you are a member. You can click the thumbnail to view the details of the CAPA. You can also sort the CAPAs in the widget in ascending or descending order.


Field	Description
	Name of the CAPA. Click to view its details. The icon appears on the upper-right corner of the thumbnail if the CAPA is overdue.
CAPA Type	Type of the CAPA, corrective or preventive.
State	State of the CAPA.
Phase	Name of the current phase.
Title	Title of the CAPA.
Severity	Severity of the CAPA.
Due Date	The estimated date of completion. This value is displayed in red color if it is overdue.
Owner	Name of the CAPA owner.
Organization	Name of the CAPA owner's organization.
Related Requests	Names of the CAPA requests that are associated with the CAPA. Click the name of the CAPA request to view its details.

My CAPA Requests

Each thumbnail in the My CAPA Requests widget represents a CAPA request you own that is in the Preliminary, Review, Approved, or the Committed state. You can click the thumbnail to view the details of the CAPA request. You can also sort the CAPA requests in the widget in ascending or descending order.


Field	Description
	Name of the CAPA request. Click to view its details. The icon on the upper-right corner of the thumbnail indicates: : the CAPA request is in the Requested or the Review state after the end of the defined interval. : the CAPA request is at a maximum of seven days from the end of the defined interval.
CAPA Type	Type of the CAPA request, corrective or preventive.
State	State of the CAPA request.
Age (days)	Number of days before which the CAPA request was created.
Title	Title of the CAPA request.
Severity	Severity of the CAPA request.
Source Type	Sources from which the problem was identified.
Owner	Name of the CAPA request owner.
Organization	Name of the CAPA request owner's organization.
Assigned CAPA	Name of the associated CAPA.

My CAPA Templates

Each thumbnail in the My CAPA Templates widget represents an active CAPA template. You can click the thumbnail to view the details of the CAPA template. You can also sort the CAPA templates in the widget in ascending or descending order.


Field	Description
	Name of the CAPA template. Click to view its details.
Type	Type of the template. Possible values are Corrective Action Template and Preventive Action Template.
State	State of the CAPA template.
Originated	Date when the CAPA template was created.
Title	Title of the CAPA template.
Description	Description of the CAPA template.
Estimated Duration	The aggregate of the estimated duration of all tasks associated with the template.
Owner	Name of the template owner.
Organization	Name of the template owner's organization.
