Consolidated History

You can view all the history of changes for a CAPA object and its related items in the Consolidated History category. The related items include CAPA project, defect cause, risk, and MOE.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  • Open the required CAPA. For more information, see
  • In the navigation pane, click Properties.
  • Click the Consolidated History tab.

This page discusses:

Columns

Column Name Description
Name Name of the object. Select a CAPA object or a related item, and expand it to view the history of all the CAPA objects or the related items.
Date The time stamp details when the change occurred. The date is as per the server time zone.
User Name of the user.
Action The type of activity performed on the item.
State The state of the item when the action occurred.
Description The details about the specific items involved in the action.

Actions and Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Filter Type the required text in the filter field to filter the history of the CAPA object. You can also filter the history of the CAPA and its related items using the following options:
  • All
  • Create
  • Modify
  • Connect
  • Add Ownership
  • Promote
