Risk Properties

Field	Description
Name	Name of the risk.
Type	Type of the object. In this case, a risk.
State	State of the risk. Possible values are Identified, Evaluated, and Controlled.
Owner	Name of the risk owner.
Originated	Date when the risk was created.
Modified	Date when the risk was last modified.
Risk Reduction Needed	Yes: The risk must be reduced. No: The risk does not have to be reduced.
Risk Reduction Not Needed Rationale	Reason why the risk does not have to be reduced.
Current Occurrence	Probability of occurrence of the risk.
Current Severity	Severity of the risk.
Current RPN	RPN of the risk.
Initial Occurrence	Initial probability of occurrence of the risk.
Initial Severity	Initial severity of the risk.
Initial RPN	Initial RPN of the risk.
Title	Title of the risk.
Impact Type	Type of impact due to the potential risk.
Hazard Type	If the impact type is a hazard, the type of hazard.
Description	Description of the potential impact of the risk.
Acceptance Criteria	The criteria to be satisfied to accept that the risk is controlled.
Control Measures	The measures taken to control the risk.
Custom Attributes	Name of attribute: Custom attributes that are connected with the type and subtype of the risk.

You can click Enable Edit from the page toolbar to activate edit mode in which you can modify the Risk Reduction Needed, Risk Reduction Not Needed Rationale, Current Occurrence, Current Severity, Title, Impact Type, Hazard Type, Description, Acceptance Criteria, and Control Measures fields. Click Done to save the changes. Click Disable Edit to exit edit mode.
