Complete Summary Comparison Report

This report shows a comparison between selected snapshots, along with different codes that indicate differences between objects.

Required Access Roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-Specific: Audit Lead, Audit Administrator

To access this report, click the Complete Summary tab after applying snapshot comparison criteria.

This topic describes:

The left-hand side shows information for the snapshot you selected on the Snapshots tab. The right-hand side shows information for the snapshot you selected in the Compare Criteria tab. You can move the slider to the left or right to access more fields on either side.

Columns

Column Name Description
Diff Code The difference found between the left-hand side object and the right-hand side object.

indicates that a new object has been added in the left-hand side snapshot. The row for that snapshot on the left is highlighted in yellow.

indicates an object present in the right-hand side snapshot but not in the left-hand side snapshot.

Displays if an object common to both snapshots has some modification.

Name The name of the object.
Type The type of object. The root level is snapshot that can contain child elements such as audit, audit finding, audit status, and reply.
State The lifecycle state of the object.
Description The description of the object.
Severity The severity of the audit finding.
Scope Scope of the audit and audit finding.
Finding Response The response of the audit finding.
Resolution Summary The resolution summary of the audit finding.
Audit Type Whether the audit type is internal, external, or customer.
Audit Format The format of the audit.
Audit Objectives The objectives of the audit.
Finding Status The current status of the audit.
