- From the page toolbar, click Add.
- Enter the information needed on the Add Finding page.
- Type - Select the type of audit finding or its subtype. When you select the subtype,
the custom attributes that are added to the selected subtype are listed in the Custom
Attributes section of the page.

You can create a subtype for the context object using the Data Model Customization app. For more information, see Installation and Setup | Customize |

Specialization Type
- Description - Use this field to enter additional information about the Finding.
- Severity - Select a severity level for the Finding within the scope of the audit, from the drop-down list.
- Scope - Select the appropriate subsystem options to indicate the areas of focus for the finding.
- Auditor - Select the name of the individual who made the Finding, from the drop-down list.
- Recommendation - Use this field to enter suggestions for resolving the Finding.
- Include Finding in Final Report? - Indicate if the finding will be included in the final audit report. Select Yes or No from the drop-down list.
- Repeat Finding? - Indicate if the Finding was found during a previous audit. Select Yes or No from the drop-down list.
- Previous Finding Reference - Use this field to enter any reference information to a related Finding.
- Justification - Enter the justification Type, from the drop-down list. Enter Name and Reference information that supports the Finding. To add an additional justification line click Add.
- Click Done.
