Creating a Template

A Template Manager or an Audit Administrator can create an audit template. Audit users can then use the template to replicate general audit information.

  1. From the top toolbar, select > CAPA & Audit > Audit > Create Audit Template.

You can also create an audit template from the Actions menu in the Audit Template page.

  2. Enter information in Create Audit Template:
    • Template Name - Enter the name for the template.
    • Description - Enter additional information about the template.
    • Audit Type - Select the type of audit from the drop-down menu. If Supplier is selected, an additional field appears for Supplier's Name.
    • Supplier's Name - Select a supplier to be audited from the drop-down list.
    • Scope - Select the appropriate subsystem options to indicate the areas of focus for the audit. You can also add additional subsystems that are not in this list. Enter a name in the Enter Scope Item Name field, and click Add.
    • Audit Items - Select the items to be audited. This is an optional field.
    • Audit Location - Select the audit site from the drop-down list.
    • Owner - Click to search for and select the person as owner. By default, the user who creates a template is the owner. You can reassign any templates you own to another user.
Note: The Search results list the owners that are created under the organization and added to the collaborative space, which the context user is used to create the audit and audit template.
  3. Click Done.
