Deleting Findings

Use this procedure to delete a Finding. You must be an Audit user that has ownership of the audit, have an Audit Administrator user role, or be an assigned audit member of the audit to perform this procedure.

You cannot delete the selected finding if the finding status is connected with it. To delete the selected finding, delete the finding status that is connected to it and then delete the context finding.


Before you begin:
  • Finding is in the Open lifecycle state.
  • Go to the Findings page.
  1. Select the check box of the Finding to delete.
  2. From the page toolbar, click Delete.
    The system deletes the Finding after you confirm the deletion.
