Viewing Related Audits

Use this procedure to view a list of Related Audits that a user associated with a Schedule. Any Audit user can perform this procedure.


Before you begin: Go to the Schedule Properties page, for details see Viewing Schedule Properties.
From the action bar, click the Related Audits section.
The Related Audits page displays the following information:
  • Name - The auto-generated Audit name assigned by the system.
  • Description - This value comes from the Description field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows any additional information about the Related Audit.
  • Supplier - This value comes from the Supplier field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the name of the supplier being audited.
  • Planned Schedule Date - The date the Audit is planned to start within the Schedule.
  • Planned Start Date - This value comes from the Planned Start Date field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the date a Related Audit is expected to start.
  • Actual Start Date - This value comes from the Actual Start Date field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the date a Related Audit begins.
  • Audit Type - This value comes from the Audit Type field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the type of audit being conducted.
  • Audit Location - This value comes from the Audit Location field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the location of the audit.
  • Scope - This value comes from the Scope field on the Properties page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the areas of focus for the Audit.
  • State - The current lifecycle state of the Audit.
  • Lead Auditor - This value comes from the Lead Auditor field on the Audit Members page of the Related Audit. The system automatically shows the user coordinating the audit process.
