Viewing Reply Properties

Use this procedure to view the information associated with a specific Reply. Any Audit user can perform this procedure.

Before you begin: Go to the Replies page.
Click the Reply Name to view the properties page.
The Reply Properties page displays the following information:
  • Name - The auto-generated Reply name assigned by the system.
  • Owner - The user who owns the Reply.
  • Description - Additional information about the Reply.
  • Source of Reply - The person or documentation that provided the information for the Reply.
  • Comments - Any additional information about the Reply.
  • External Reference - Information about any references located outside of the Audit system.
