Viewing Suppliers

Any Audit user can use this procedure to view the Audit Supplier page. The Audit Supplier page lists all of the suppliers in the audit system. Audit suppliers are the companies a user added to the system as a supplier in Profile Management.

Before you begin: Log into the system as an authorized Audit user.

From the home page, click Audits > Audit Suppliers.

The Audit Suppliers page displays the following information:

Type - The type of supplier.
Name - The supplier name. Click the name to view the Properties page.
State - The current lifecycle state of the supplier.
Owner- Owner of the supplier.
(New Window) - View the page for the object in a separate window.
