Viewing Templates

A Template Manager or Audit Administrator can view a summary of all audit templates in the system.

Before you begin: Log into the system as an authorized Audit user.
From the home page, click Audits > Audit Templates.
The Audit Templates page provides the following information:
  • Name - The name a user assigned to the template. Click the audit template Name to view additional information about the object.
  • Revision - The version of the template.
  • Description - Additional information about the template.
  • State - The current lifecycle state of the template.
  • Owner- Owner of the template.
  • (New Window) - View the page for the object in a separate window.
