Splitting a Route

Split Route lets you split a route at a point into two different routes. The route can be split at an existing node or at some distance from the node.

  1. Select the segment of the route where you want to split.
    The nearest node becomes the reference point and the ruler appears.
  2. Drag the green dot, and drop it at the required location to split the route.
  3. From the Split Route panel, click to validate.
    The route is split at the selected point.
    Note: The Split Route command is not available between port points and directional points.
