Test Execution Properties Page

The test execution Properties page shows details about the test execution and provides access to related items such as assignees, reference documents, and test cases.

To access this page:

  1. View the list of test executions, see Test Executions Page.
  2. Click the name of the test execution.

Fields

Field NameDescription
NameThe name of the test execution.
DescriptionThe detailed description of the test execution.
TitleThe descriptive title of the test execution.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the test execution.
OwnerThe person who is currently assigned responsibility for the test execution.
Slip DaysThe difference between the estimated end date and the actual end date. If the actual end date is not present, then it is the difference between the estimated end date and the current system date. If neither end date is present, this field is blank.
Percentage PassedThe percentage of test iterations that passed. The test execution owner, generally the QE Manager, updates this field during the Final Review state before promoting the test execution to the Complete state.
Estimated Start DateThe planned date for the start of the test execution.
Estimated End DateThe planned date for the end of the test execution.
Actual Start DateThe date the test execution started. This field is automatically populated with the current system date when the test execution is promoted to the In Progress state.
Actual End DateThe date the test execution ended. This field is automatically populated with the current system date when the test execution is promoted to the Review state.
Lock State Specifies whether the test execution is locked from editing by another user.
