Running the Requirement Fulfillment Report

Within the context of a product, you can run a report that shows whether the requirements associated with the product's features have been fulfilled.

Required responsibilities:

  • Baseline: Leader (when the object is in the Frozen state) or Author

  1. In the navigation pane for a product, select Requirements.
  2. From the Actions menu or toolbar, select Traceability Report > Requirement Fulfillment Report.

    The Requirements-Feature Product in Context report page displays the following information:

    ColumnDescription
    NameThe name of the requirement associated with the product. This can be an autoname. Click to open the requirement in a new browser window.
    TitleThe short title of the requirement associated with the product.
    RevThe revision of the requirement associated with the product.
    StateThe current lifecycle state of the requirement associated with the product.
    Feature NameThe name of the feature that fulfills the requirement.
    TypeThe type of feature that fulfills the requirement.
    RevThe revision of the feature that fulfills the requirement.
    StateThe current lifecycle state of the feature that fulfills the requirement.
    Committed?Whether the feature is committed to a product revision.

  3. Click Close.
