*BEAM SECTION OFFSET

Define an offset for the beam cross-section origin.

This option can be used only in conjunction with the BEAM GENERAL SECTION option for the standard cross-sections available in the beam cross-section library (See Beam Element Cross-Section Orientation for details). It is used to define an offset for the cross-section origin from the beam axis with respect to the local (1, 2) axis system.

First (and only) line

Local $x_{1}$ -offset of the origin, $x_{1 o}$ . The default is 0.
Local $x_{2}$ -offset of the origin, $x_{2 o}$ . The default is 0.
