Inserting Submachine State

You can insert a submachine state inside an existing state.

Before you begin:
  • Create a logical reference.
  • Under the logical reference, create a state machine diagram and activate it.
  • Create two states.
  1. Under the logical reference, create a state machine diagram.
  2. From the State Machine Diagram section of the action bar, click Submachine State Creation .
  3. Select the first state machine diagram you created.
  4. Click to place the submachine state.
  5. Enter a name.
    The content of the first state machine diagram appears in the submachine state.
