Working with the 2D Graph

The 2D graph representation shows the structure hierarchy and the connections between the Requirement, Functional or Logical categories of the tree.

You can manipulate the objects from their 2D graph representation or from the tree.

Expand or Collapse an Object

You can choose to display or not the content of an object in the 2D graph. Use the + and - icons on the right corner of the 2D representation to expand or collapse the objects on the various hierarchy levels.

Navigate through the Structure

You can navigate through your structure and display an object as a root in the 2D graph.

Select an Object

You can select or multiselect objects in the 2D graph.

When a 2D representation is selected in the 2D graph:

  • It is highlighted.
  • Handlers are displayed to let you move or resize the 2D representation.
  • The context toolbar appears to display the contextual commands. This toolbar can be moved.
