Managing Extensions for Requirements or Requirement Specifications

Using the Feature Specialization tool, your domain expert can create customized extensions for requirements. An extension defines an additional attribute for a requirement.

You can then add such an extension (or subextension) to a requirement or a requirement specification, to define attributes. For example, in the case of outsourcing, it may be possible to define attributes for supplier name and for target date.

Note: An extension added in Traceable Requirements Management is also displayed and editable.
