Server Status Page

The Server Status page shows the current status of the DesignSync server.

Required access roles:

  • App-specific: Defect Engineer
  • Baseline: Owner or Leader

To access the server status for more than one server:

  1. With Defect Management and Collaboration the active app, click . The servers list is the default home page.
  2. Select one or more servers.
  3. On the toolbar, click Status .

You can also use the DesignSync Servers category for an organization to view server status.

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the DesignSync server. Click to view the properties page for the server.
OwnerThe name of the person responsible for the DesignSync server.
URLThe URL used to connect to the DesignSync server. Click to connect to the DesignSync server.
StatusThe current status of the DesignSync server:
  • Running
  • Could not connect
OrganizationThe name of an organization that the DesignSync server belongs to, such as a plant, department, business unit, and so on.
Associated StoresA list of DesignSync stores that this server is associated with. Click a store name to view its properties page.
