Modifying an Experience's Instantiation Access Rights

A Simulation Methods Developer can provide selected users with access to the objects created by instantiating an experience. In addition, a Simulation Methods Developer can customize the access rights to the object for the selected user.

  1. From the search menu in the Top Bar, search for your available simulation experiences.
  2. From the list that appears, select the simulation experience that you want to modify.
    The selected simulation experience appears in the navigation pane and the table page.
  3. From the navigation pane, select Instantiation Access.
    Process Composer displays a list of the users that have access to the objects created by the experience and their access rights.
  4. From the table page toolbar, do the following:
    • Click Add Member to provide a user with access to the objects created by the simulation experience. By default, Process Composer provides full access to the objects to the user.
    • Click Edit to edit the access rights provided to the selected users. Typically, a Simulation Methods Developer will limit the user's access rights; for example, by making the object read only.
