Modifying an Experience's Object-based Access Rights

The user that creates an object is always the owner of the object and has full access to it. In addition, the object instantiated from a experience can inherit additional access rights from the object that was used to create the experience. This approach is called object-based access control. The Simulation Methods Developer can view an experience's object-based access rights.

  1. From the search menu in the Top Bar, search for your available simulation experiences.
  2. From the list that appears, select the simulation experience that you want to modify.
The selected simulation experience appears in the navigation pane and the table page.
  3. From the navigation pane, select Sharing.
Process Composer displays a list of the access rights that the experience inherited from the simulation process or simulation activity that was used to create the experience. If a user instantiates the experience and selects object-based access control, the object created by the experience inherits these access rights.
