Materials Tab

The Materials tab allows you to define the materials and lots to study.

Indicates the Materials tab in an editable study.

Inserts a new row at the bottom of the list of materials.

Opens the Summary Amount view, displaying a summary of the amount calculations.

For a new material, opens its information form.

Deletes a row from the list of materials.

Allows you to move a material to a new location in the order.

Indicates a row or cell that needs more information adding.

For each lot of material selected, the list reports:

  • CISPro Manufacture Lot ID
  • CISPro Receipt Lot ID
  • Activity for the lot's manufacture, where appropriate
  • Available or requested amount
  • Required amount for the tests, time points, and storage conditions
  • Total required amount including overages

When you define at least one test in the design, icons indicate whether a sufficient amount is available for each lot.

When at least one manufacture activity is specified, the Parameters table displays the available input parameters. The Custom Filter allows you to view parameters for a reduced group of activities or materials.

For requested lots, the Select an activity command opens the Select Manufacture Activity dialog box.

You can filter the lists of activities using 6WTags. For more information, see Defining Inputs for Manufacturing a Lot.

Activities and Activity Plans Lists
Each item in the lists of available and selected activities and activity plans shows its name, activity type, location, and parameters.

Search above the list allows you to filter the listed activities whose names match some text that you enter.

Reports how many of the total number of activities are displayed.

The icon for each item indicates its data type:

  • Indicates an activity.
  • Indicates an activity plan.

For all activities and activity plans, indicates a favorite.
