Creating a Slope Annotation

Slope Annotation lets you create an annotation that computes the slope of the selected plane, face, or edge with respect to a base plane.

Before you begin: Open a drawing containing a generated view.
  1. In the Slope Annotation Definition dialog box, click Catalog Browser and select a template.
  2. Click the Feature from 3D box, and select a feature to compute its slope.
  3. From the Topology list, select the required face.
  4. Under Position, select a position.
  5. Under Computation, select a mode from the Mode list.
  6. Position the annotation at a location in the sheet.
