Creating Sheets

Sheet lets you create sheets that have their layout and content based on sheet templates.

You can also create sheets using automation.

This task shows you how to:


Before you begin: Open a drawing representation.

Create Sheets Using a Sheet Template

In the Sheet Definition dialog box, click Catalog Browser and select a template.

Create Sheets Using Automation

  1. In the Sheet Definition dialog box, select the Automation tab and click Catalog Browser .
  2. In the Catalog Browser dialog box, select the automation process.
  3. Under Inputs, define the required inputs.
  4. To run the automation process, click Run.
    You are directed to the General tab and the parameters are filled according to the logic of the automation process.
