Creating and Editing the Extension Line Features

Extension Line Feature lets you create or edit the features of extension lines such as gap and overrun in the annotation template.

Before you begin: Create a detail sheet containing an annotation template.

In the Extension Line panel, specify the required values for the following:

Gap : It is the distance between the rebar and the extension line.
Overrun : It is the additional length of the extension line from the annotating symbol.
