Creating a View Template

View Template lets you define the content and behavior required for the view creation in an unified place.

Before you begin: You must have installed the Templates and Rules Designer (TER) role to create templates.
  1. In the View Template - Toolbox panel, click GVS , and select a GVS.
  2. Click Scale , and enter a scale value.
  3. Click Looking Direction ; select a plane type and a looking direction.
  4. Click Orientation ; select a direction and modify the list values till you get the required result.
  5. Click View Update Rule , and select a view update rule template from the catalog.
  6. Click View Title ; select a view title template and specify the options.
  7. Click Grid ; select a grid template and specify the options.
  8. Click Copy Template ; select an input template and a destination template.
