From the Utilities section of the action bar,
          click Approximation

  and drop it on
          the process diagram.
       - Double-click Approximation
 .
          The Approximation Editor opens.
          - Select the Category in which the approximation model will be stored.
The default category is Internal Data. - From the Content list, select an approximation model or do one of the following:
- Search for and select an approximation model to add as referenced content.
 - Add a non-versioned document containing a file version of the approximation model.
 - Add a versioned document containing a file version of the approximation model.

 Note:
The file version of an approximation model can be a coefficients file (.txt ) or an FMU file (.fmu ). See Approximations in the Results Analytics User Guide for more information.
 - Click Load model.
The model name and the model type appear in the editor. The model parameters appear in the Parameters table along with their mode (input or output). - Click on a cell of the Activity Parameters column, and do either of the following from the menu that appears:
- Accept the default name of the activity parameter (derived from the model parameter name).
 - Select the blank string to remove the mapping from the model parameter.

You can map a model parameter only to a real activity parameter. - Click the Model Configuration tab to view the approximation's interface definition—a description of its input and output model parameters.
